Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Store Credit Policy & Merchant Error Exceptions
For standard returns and exchanges, we do not issue cash refunds to the original method of payment. All accepted standard returns will be compensated with a Store Credit (issued as an e-gift card) for the total order amount, minus any original shipping costs, taxes, and applied discounts.

Exceptions for Cash Refunds:
A cash refund to the original payment method will strictly only be authorized in the rare event of a verified merchant error where KKONCEPT is entirely at fault. These exclusive circumstances are limited to:

Non-Delivery: The package is confirmed by the courier as lost in transit and completely undelivered to the customer.

Incorrect Fulfillment: The dispatch of a completely incorrect item or a distinctly different size than what was originally ordered.

Severe Defects: The item arrives with major, clearly documented manufacturing flaws (e.g., severe tears or major permanent defects) present prior to any use or try-on.

To be eligible for a cash refund under these exceptions, customers must contact us with clear photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery. The affected item must be returned strictly following KKONCEPT's official return instructions. A cash refund will only be processed after the item is received and the error/defect is verified by our Quality Control Department.

2. Eligibility Window
Standard return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. Any requests made after this timeframe will be automatically declined.

3. Strict Condition Requirements & Security Tags
To protect against fraudulent returns, all items must be returned in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition.

Security Tags: All KKONCEPT items are dispatched with a visible Security Tag/Ribbon attached. If this tag is removed, altered, or tampered with in any way, the return will be strictly rejected and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Items showing signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or deodorant stains will not be accepted.

4. International Returns & Customs Fees
Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred on international shipments are strictly non-refundable. If a returned package incurs incoming customs fees for KKONCEPT, this amount will be deducted from your final store credit.

5. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Once this window has passed, the order is forwarded to our fulfillment center and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded to the original payment method under any circumstances.

How to Initiate a Return:
Do not ship items back without authorization. Please contact us at info@k-koncept.com with your Order Number and clear photos of the item (showing the security tag intact) to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and official shipping instructions.
