Refund policy

 

-All items sold on KKONCEPT are eligible for return or exchange within one week of delivery date.

-Store credit will be issued for the total amount of the order minus shipping costs, discounts and promotions.  (for return and for exchange)

-Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred for international orders are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.

-Your order must be in perfect condition, unworn with tags attached. Quality control department has the right to reject an item if proven to be used or worn.

-Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase; beyond that, orders are processed without exception.
