Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Processing & Delivery Timeframes The total timeframe from placing your order to final delivery is expected to be 10 to 15 business days. This timeframe strictly includes both the order processing/handling and the transit time via international express shipping (FedEx, UPS, or Aramex) or domestic Turkish shipping. Please note: These timeframes are estimates. Weekends, as well as public and national holidays in both the country of origin and the destination country, are strictly excluded from this 10 to 15 business day calculation.
2. Shipping Rates We offer Free International Express Shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under this threshold, standard express shipping rates will be calculated and applied automatically at checkout.
3. Refused Packages & Undeliverable Addresses If a customer refuses a delivery due to unexpected customs fees, or provides an incorrect/incomplete shipping address at checkout, the package may be abandoned by the courier or returned to us. In such cases, the customer will not be eligible for a cash refund. Any return shipping fees, customs charges, or abandonment penalties incurred by KKONCEPT will be deducted from your final Store Credit.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages Once the courier tracking status marks a package as "Delivered" to the exact address provided at checkout, KKONCEPT's liability ends. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery. Customers must file a claim directly with the respective courier (FedEx, UPS, or Aramex) for any post-delivery disputes.
